Casinos That Accept MiFinity Australia 2026: Complete Payment Guide
MiFinity carved out a niche in Australia's offshore casino ecosystem as a digital wallet that bridges bank accounts, cards, and gaming sites without exposing your primary banking details to every operator you test. The service launched in Europe before expanding to Australia, where players adopted it for deposit speed and the thin layer of privacy it offers—your casino statement shows MiFinity, not the operator's name. By 2026, enough Australian-facing platforms integrated the wallet that you can now build a short list of genuine options, though the field remains smaller than Skrill or Neteller territory.
This guide identifies which casinos accept MiFinity deposits and withdrawals in Australia, dissects the practical trade-offs of using the wallet versus direct banking, and maps the regulatory context so you know what you're stepping into. We'll rank top operators, decode fee structures, and answer the questions that matter when you're deciding whether to fund an account through this payment rail.
Top Australian Casinos Accepting MiFinity in 2026
The list below reflects offshore operators with established MiFinity integration, Australian player acceptance, and a reputation track record verified through industry databases and player forums. These platforms hold Curacao, Malta Gaming Authority, or Kahnawake licenses—none operate under Australian state or territory licensing, because no such framework exists for online casino play within the country's borders. Each entry notes the standout feature that separates it from the pack.
| Casino | License | Bonus | Min Deposit | Withdrawal Speed | Standout Feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PlayOJO | MGA | No-wager free spins | $10 | 24–48 hours | Transparent wagering model |
| LeoVegas | MGA | Welcome bonus up to $1,000 | $10 | 12–24 hours | Mobile-first platform design |
| Betway | MGA | Matched deposit bonus | $10 | 24–48 hours | Established sportsbook integration |
| 888 Casino | MGA / Gibraltar | Free spins package | $10 | 24–72 hours | Long-standing market presence |
| Casumo | MGA | Welcome bonus | $20 | 24–48 hours | Gamification and adventure system |
| Mr Green | MGA | Deposit match and free spins | $10 | 24–48 hours | Predictable payout execution |
| Rizk Casino | MGA | Wheel of Rizk feature | $10 | 24–48 hours | Low-wagering bonus mechanic |
| 10Cric | Curacao | Cashback offers | $10 | 24–72 hours | Sports and casino hybrid |
| BitStarz | Curacao | Deposit bonus and free spins | $20 | Instant (crypto) / 24h (fiat) | Crypto and fiat wallet parity |
PlayOJO stripped the wagering requirement out of its welcome offer entirely—you get free spins, you keep what you win, no 35× rollover gymnastics. The catch? No promotional fireworks, just a straightforward deposit-and-play model. If you value predictability over headline numbers, it's the cleanest entry point.
LeoVegas built its reputation on mobile UX before desktop became an afterthought. The app handles MiFinity deposits without routing you through a browser, and withdrawal requests process faster than most competitors—typically under 24 hours once you clear the first KYC gate.
Betway combines a mature sportsbook with a serviceable casino catalog. The MiFinity integration sits in the same payment menu as cards and bank transfers, and the platform's long operational history means fewer surprise maintenance windows when you're trying to cash out on a Sunday night.
888 Casino operates under dual MGA and Gibraltar licensing, which means it navigates multiple compliance frameworks without cutting corners. The bonus structure leans conservative—lower match percentages, higher minimum deposits—but payout disputes rarely escalate because the backoffice automation is tight.
Casumo gamified the loyalty grind with an adventure map and milestone rewards. It's gimmicky, but the underlying mechanic keeps casual players engaged longer than a static VIP ladder. MiFinity withdrawals process on the faster end of the 24–48-hour window the site advertises.
Mr Green executes payouts with clockwork consistency—request before 14:00 CET and you'll see funds back in your MiFinity wallet within a business day. The casino library skews toward established providers (NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO), so game selection feels curated rather than overwhelming.
Rizk Casino runs a proprietary bonus wheel that awards cash, free spins, or jackpot tickets without requiring opt-in every time you deposit. The wagering requirements sit at 25×, lower than the 35–40× standard elsewhere, which means you'll convert bonus funds to cash more often than you'll forfeit them.
10Cric carved out a niche serving cricket-betting markets but offers a full casino suite on the side. The cashback program returns a percentage of net losses weekly, no strings attached, and MiFinity deposits clear instantly even during peak IPL match windows.
BitStarz accepts both cryptocurrency and fiat through MiFinity, letting you switch rails without opening a second account. Crypto withdrawals process in minutes; fiat via MiFinity takes the standard 24 hours. The game library includes provably fair titles alongside slots from mainstream providers.
How MiFinity Works for Australian Casino Players
MiFinity operates as an e-wallet intermediary: you load funds into your MiFinity account from a bank account, debit card, or credit card, then transfer those funds to a casino. Withdrawals reverse the flow—casino sends to MiFinity, you pull from MiFinity to your bank. The wallet shields your banking details from the operator, which matters when you're transacting with offshore entities whose data-handling standards you can't audit.
The platform issues a virtual MiFinity card and an optional physical card. The virtual version lives in the app and generates unique card numbers for each transaction if you enable that setting. The physical card functions like a standard Mastercard debit card, letting you spend casino winnings at ATMs or retail without first transferring back to your bank—a feature that appeals to players who prefer liquidity over paperwork.
Currency handling: MiFinity holds balances in multiple currencies, including AUD. When you deposit to a casino that operates in USD or EUR, the wallet converts at interbank rates plus a 2.5–3.95% markup depending on the currency pair. That spread erodes value faster than you'd notice on a single transaction but compounds if you're moving funds weekly. Some players fund their MiFinity account in USD to dodge repeat conversion hits, though that introduces FX risk if the AUD strengthens.
Is MiFinity Legal for Australian Players?
MiFinity itself operates legally—it's a UK-licensed payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so the wallet service complies with anti-money-laundering and consumer protection frameworks. The legal ambiguity enters when you use MiFinity to fund offshore casino accounts, because the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits companies from offering online casino services to Australian residents but does not criminalize players for using those services.
Translation: playing at an offshore casino via MiFinity sits in a gray enforcement zone. No Australian player has faced prosecution for online casino play, and payment processors like MiFinity continue serving the market without regulatory pushback. The risk lies with the operators, not the users, but the absence of local licensing means you forfeit access to Australian dispute resolution channels if an operator ghosts your withdrawal.
Depositing and Withdrawing with MiFinity at Australian Casinos
Deposits execute in under a minute. You select MiFinity from the casino cashier, enter the amount, authenticate through the MiFinity app (biometric or PIN), and the funds appear in your casino balance immediately. No holds, no manual approval. The transaction shows as a wallet-to-wallet transfer on both ends, which keeps your bank statement clean.
Minimum deposits hover around $10–$20 across most casinos, with maximums ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 per transaction depending on the operator's risk appetite and your MiFinity account tier. Unverified accounts cap at €500 per transaction; verified accounts lift that ceiling to €10,000+ once you submit ID and proof of address.
Withdrawals take longer. Casinos batch requests once or twice daily, so submitting at 23:00 means you'll wait until the next processing window, usually around 09:00–14:00 the following business day. Once the casino releases funds, MiFinity credits your wallet within minutes. From there, pulling to your Australian bank account adds another 1–3 business days depending on your bank's incoming transfer protocols.
Fees: MiFinity charges nothing for deposits. Withdrawals from MiFinity to your bank account cost 2% or a minimum of €2, whichever is higher. Some casinos absorb this fee for high-roller accounts; most pass it straight through. Currency conversion adds the 2.5–3.95% markup mentioned earlier if you're moving between AUD and non-AUD balances.
Why Do Withdrawal Times Vary?
Three chokepoints slow payouts: casino approval queues, MiFinity processing windows, and bank settlement cycles. The first is operator-dependent—some automate withdrawals under $500, others flag every request for manual review. The second depends on when you submit relative to MiFinity's batch schedule. The third is out of everyone's control; Australian banks clear incoming transfers on business days, so a Friday evening withdrawal won't land until Tuesday at the earliest.
Players chasing instant gratification often misread the "24-hour payout" promise as guaranteed same-day delivery. That 24-hour clock starts only after the casino approves your request, and KYC delays can extend approval to 72 hours if you uploaded a blurry passport photo or your address doesn't match your utility bill exactly.
MiFinity Fees, Limits, and Currency Considerations
| Transaction Type | Fee | Limit (Verified Account) | Processing Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit to casino | Free | €10,000 per transaction | Instant |
| Casino to MiFinity withdrawal | Free (casino may charge) | Set by casino (typically €5,000–€10,000) | Instant once released by casino |
| MiFinity to bank withdrawal | 2% (min €2) | €50,000 per month | 1–3 business days |
| Card load (debit/credit) | 1.8% | €2,500 per transaction | Instant |
| Bank transfer to MiFinity | Free | €10,000 per transaction | 1–3 business days |
| Currency conversion | 2.5–3.95% above interbank | N/A | Instant |
The 2% withdrawal fee becomes expensive if you're pulling small amounts frequently. A $200 cashout costs $4 in fees—manageable. A $50 test withdrawal still costs the €2 minimum (roughly $3.20 AUD), which is 6.4% of your balance. Players who consolidate withdrawals into larger, less frequent transfers minimize fee erosion.
Currency conversion stings when you're toggling between AUD and EUR or USD. Fund your MiFinity account in the currency your primary casinos use, even if that means holding a USD balance and eating one conversion hit upfront. Repeated micro-conversions will cost more over time than a single lump conversion at onboarding.
Comparing MiFinity to Other Payment Methods in Australia
MiFinity competes with Skrill, Neteller, PayPal (where accepted), direct bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. Each rail trades off speed, cost, and privacy differently.
Skrill and Neteller offer near-identical functionality—e-wallet deposit, withdrawal to wallet, then wallet to bank. Skrill charges 5.5% for card loads, higher than MiFinity's 1.8%. Neteller's fee structure is similar but includes a monthly inactivity charge if you don't transact for 12 months. Both services have deeper penetration across offshore casinos, so you'll find more operators accepting them than MiFinity.
Direct bank transfer (Rapid/POLi) eliminates e-wallet fees but exposes your bank details to the casino. Deposits are instant; withdrawals can take 3–7 days because they route through international correspondent banks. Some Australian banks flag outgoing transfers to known gambling merchants and freeze accounts pending a phone interview, which makes direct banking riskier for players who'd rather not explain their Friday night poker habit to a compliance officer.
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT) offers pseudo-anonymity and sub-hour settlements. Deposits and withdrawals clear faster than any fiat rail, and you sidestep currency conversion entirely if the casino operates in crypto. The trade-off is volatility—Bitcoin's value can swing 5% between deposit and withdrawal, turning a winning session into a net loss. Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) solve the volatility problem but reintroduce KYC friction at the exchange where you convert fiat to crypto.
PayPal rarely appears in offshore casino cashiers because the company actively blocks gambling merchants from its network. The few casinos that accept PayPal typically operate under European licenses and geofence Australian IPs, so it's not a practical option for AU players.
Which Payment Method Clears Withdrawals Fastest?
Cryptocurrency wins outright—most Bitcoin casinos process withdrawals in under an hour once you clear KYC. Among fiat options, MiFinity and Skrill tie at 24–48 hours end-to-end (casino approval plus wallet-to-bank transfer). Direct bank transfers lag at 3–7 days because they traverse more intermediary banks.
Bonuses and Promotions for MiFinity Deposits
Casinos rarely gate bonuses by payment method anymore, so MiFinity deposits qualify for the same welcome packages as card or bank transfer funding. The exception: Neteller and Skrill deposits often exclude players from bonus eligibility because operators historically saw abuse patterns from e-wallet users hopping between sites to clear offers. MiFinity hasn't accumulated that stigma yet, so most platforms treat it neutrally.
A handful of operators run MiFinity-specific promotions—deposit via MiFinity, get an extra 10% or 20 free spins on top of the standard offer. These campaigns are sporadic and usually coincide with MiFinity's own marketing pushes. Expect them quarterly rather than weekly.
Bonus terms matter more than the headline number. A $1,000 welcome bonus at 35× wagering requires $35,000 in turnover before you can withdraw, which statistically means you'll lose the bonus and a chunk of your deposit before you satisfy the playthrough. A $200 bonus at 20× wagering ($4,000 turnover) converts to withdrawable cash more often. Read the fine print: game weighting (slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%), maximum bet limits during playthrough ($5–$10 per spin), and expiration windows (7–30 days) all determine whether a bonus helps or traps you.
Australian Pokie Selection at MiFinity Casinos
Offshore casinos accepting MiFinity stock the same slot providers you'd find at any international platform: Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming (for live dealer), and a rotating cast of smaller studios. Australian players gravitate toward high-volatility pokies with bonus-buy features—games like Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, and Sweet Bonanza dominate the lobby "most played" lists because they offer lottery-style jackpot potential on a $1 spin.
Game counts range from 1,500 titles at boutique casinos to 5,000+ at aggregator platforms like BitStarz or LeoVegas. More isn't always better—bloated libraries bury the high-RTP games under shovelware slots from no-name providers. Check the RTP filter (if available) and sort by payout percentage; anything above 96.5% is competitive, anything below 94% is a slow bleed.
Live dealer tables—blackjack, roulette, baccarat—run on Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Live feeds. Betting limits start at $1 and scale to $10,000+ at VIP tables. Australian players appreciate the timezone accommodation; Evolution's Malta and Riga studios operate 24/7, so you'll always find a dealer even at 03:00 AEDT.
Do MiFinity Casinos Offer Progressive Jackpots?
Yes. The same Microgaming progressives (Mega Moolah, Major Millions) and NetEnt networked jackpots (Mega Fortune) that seed into seven-figure territory appear at MiFinity-friendly casinos. Jackpot contribution rates—the percentage of each spin that feeds the prize pool—are identical whether you fund via MiFinity, card, or bank transfer, so your payment method doesn't affect your odds.
Mobile Casino Experience with MiFinity
MiFinity's mobile app handles deposits and withdrawals without forcing you into a desktop browser. You authenticate via biometric (Face ID, fingerprint) or PIN, confirm the amount, and the transaction completes in two taps. The app also displays your balance in multiple currencies, tracks transaction history, and lets you generate disposable virtual card numbers if you're paranoid about merchant data leaks.
Most MiFinity-accepting casinos run responsive web apps rather than native iOS or Android apps, because app store gambling policies restrict real-money casino software in Australia. The mobile browser experience is adequate—slots and table games scale to portrait orientation, menus collapse into hamburger icons, and deposit flows mirror desktop functionality without requiring a pinch-zoom maneuver. Load times lag slightly on 4G compared to Wi-Fi, but nothing breaks.
Live dealer tables on mobile work better than they did three years ago. Evolution Gaming optimized its streams for mobile bandwidth, so you'll get 720p video and seamless bet placement even on a train. Battery drain is real, though—an hour of live blackjack on high brightness will eat 25–30% of your charge.
Security, Licensing, and Player Protection
MiFinity operates under UK FCA authorization (FRN 900333), which subjects it to PSD2 strong customer authentication, AML transaction monitoring, and mandatory segregation of client funds from operating capital. Your MiFinity balance sits in a safeguarded account separate from the company's business expenses, so if MiFinity collapses, creditors can't touch user deposits during liquidation.
The casinos themselves operate under offshore licenses—Curacao eGaming, Malta Gaming Authority, or Kahnawake Gaming Commission. These jurisdictions enforce baseline standards (RNG certification, dispute resolution mechanisms, responsible gambling tools) but lack the enforcement teeth of UK or Australian regulators. If an MGA-licensed casino refuses to pay, you can escalate to the player support and compliance team; if that fails, eCOGRA or the Malta regulator may intervene. Curacao licensing offers weaker recourse—dispute resolution is technically available but slow and unevenly applied.
Two-factor authentication: MiFinity requires 2FA for withdrawals and high-value deposits. The casino side is inconsistent—some platforms enforce 2FA at login, others treat it as optional. Enable it manually if the setting exists, because credential stuffing attacks targeting gambling accounts spiked in 2024 and operators don't proactively notify victims until funds disappear.
What Happens If a Casino Refuses to Pay Out?
Document everything—screenshots of your balance, email correspondence, terms and conditions snapshots—before you escalate. Contact the casino's support team first and give them 48 hours to respond. If they stonewall or cite a vague terms violation, file a complaint with the licensing authority (MGA, Curacao eGaming) and copy it to independent dispute forums like AskGamblers or CasinoMeister, where public visibility sometimes pressures operators into settling.
If the casino is MGA-licensed and refuses a legitimate payout, the regulator will investigate. Curacao cases are slower—expect weeks rather than days. In either scenario, MiFinity can't reverse the casino's decision; the wallet is a payment rail, not an arbitrator. You're relying on the operator's goodwill or the regulator's enforcement capacity, neither of which is guaranteed.
Responsible Gambling Tools and Account Limits
MiFinity doesn't impose gambling-specific controls—it's a payment processor, not a casino—but you can set spending limits within the wallet app to cap monthly transfers. Most casinos offer deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
Reality check: these tools work only if you use one casino. Players who spread action across three or four sites can bypass a $500 weekly limit at one by depositing $500 at each. The fragmentation of offshore licensing means no centralized exclusion registry exists—self-exclude from LeoVegas and you can still open an account at BitStarz five minutes later.
Australia's national self-exclusion program, BetStop, covers only licensed Australian bookmakers and doesn't extend to offshore casinos. If you need to lock yourself out of the offshore ecosystem entirely, contact GamCare or Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858) for voluntary exclusion support that coordinates across multiple operators.
New MiFinity Casinos and Emerging Platforms
The offshore casino market churns constantly—new brands launch quarterly, often under the same backend infrastructure as established sites (white-label clones running on Softswiss or EveryMatrix platforms). MiFinity integration appears faster at these new entrants because payment service providers package it into turnkey solutions, so a fresh casino in 2026 is more likely to accept MiFinity than a legacy site built in 2018.
New doesn't mean better. Untested operators lack the customer service track record and financial reserves to handle payment disputes smoothly. A brand that launched last month might offer a flashy 200% welcome bonus, but if they can't process a $1,000 withdrawal without running out of liquidity, the promotion is worthless. Stick to operators with at least 12 months of operational history unless you're willing to treat your deposit as a sunk cost.
How Do You Vet a New MiFinity Casino?
Check the license number against the regulator's database—MGA licenses are searchable at mga.org.mt, Curacao licenses require more effort because the jurisdiction fragments across multiple sub-licensees. Search the casino name plus "payout issues" or "withdrawal problems" on Reddit, AskGamblers, and Trustpilot. If the first page of results is flooded with complaints younger than six months, walk away. Run a WHOIS lookup to see how long the domain has been registered; a casino claiming five years of experience on a domain registered eight months ago is lying.
Common MiFinity Casino Issues and How to Resolve Them
Deposit didn't credit: MiFinity debited your account but the casino balance shows zero. This usually means the transaction hit a security flag and entered manual review. Contact casino support with your MiFinity transaction ID (available in the app under transaction history). Most cases resolve within an hour once support confirms the transfer on their end.
Withdrawal stuck in "pending": The casino approved your request but MiFinity hasn't received the funds. Check your casino account status—some platforms require email or SMS verification of the withdrawal before releasing funds. If verification is complete and 48 hours have passed, escalate to the casino's payment team and request a transaction trace.
MiFinity account locked: Happens when the platform's AML system flags unusual activity—sudden large deposits, rapid in-and-out transfers, or mismatched verification documents. You'll need to submit updated ID, proof of address, and potentially a source-of-funds declaration (bank statements showing where your deposit originated). Unlock timelines vary from 24 hours to two weeks depending on how quickly you respond and how clean your documentation is.
Currency conversion ate more than expected: The 2.5–3.95% fee isn't advertised prominently during the transaction. If you're converting AUD to EUR repeatedly, switch to holding EUR in your MiFinity wallet and fund it in one lump conversion to minimize spread costs.
Can You Reverse a MiFinity Deposit?
No. Once you authorize a transfer from MiFinity to a casino, the transaction is final. MiFinity doesn't offer chargeback protection the way credit cards do, because e-wallet transfers are treated as cash equivalents. If you deposited by mistake or to a fraudulent site, your only recourse is to contact the casino directly and request a refund as a goodwill gesture—don't count on it.
Is MiFinity the Right Payment Method for You?
MiFinity makes sense if you value deposit speed, don't want your bank seeing direct casino transactions, and plan to transact frequently enough that the 2% withdrawal fee becomes negligible. It's less compelling if you're making one or two deposits per year, because the fee overhead and currency conversion spread will cost more than the privacy benefit is worth.
The wallet shines for players who rotate between multiple offshore casinos—load MiFinity once from your bank, then distribute funds across three or four sites without repeating KYC uploads or bank verification at each operator. Consolidate withdrawals back to MiFinity, then pull to your bank in a single monthly transfer to minimize the 2% fee hit.
Skip MiFinity if you're chasing absolute lowest cost. Direct bank transfer (where accepted) avoids e-wallet fees entirely, and cryptocurrency eliminates conversion spread if you're comfortable with volatility. But if you'd rather not explain a "CoolCasino.com" transaction to your bank, MiFinity is the cleanest middle option.
What Are the Long-Term Costs of Using MiFinity?
Run the numbers: assume you deposit $500 monthly and withdraw $400 (net $100 loss, reflecting house edge over time). Card load costs 1.8% = $9. Withdrawal to bank costs 2% = $8. Monthly fee: $17, or 3.4% of your deposit. Over a year, that's $204 in payment processing overhead. Compare that to Skrill's 5.5% card load ($27.50 per deposit) and MiFinity's cost advantage becomes clear, provided you're not converting currencies every transaction.
MiFinity vs. Direct Bank Transfer: Practical Trade-offs
Direct bank transfer skips e-wallet fees but introduces friction elsewhere. Deposits via POLi or Rapid Transfer are instant, but withdrawals return via international wire, which can take 3–7 business days and trigger a $15–$25 intermediary bank fee on the Australian receiving end. Your bank statement will show the casino's registered business name (often a generic holding company in Malta or Cyprus), which might raise questions if you're applying for a mortgage or your account undergoes compliance review.
MiFinity smooths the statement problem—your bank sees "MiFinity," the casino sees "MiFinity," neither sees the other. That layer of indirection matters when you'd rather not flag gambling activity to financial institutions that increasingly treat it as a credit risk factor.
Speed-wise, MiFinity and direct deposit are comparable inbound (instant); outbound, MiFinity delivers in 1–3 days to your bank once the casino releases funds, while direct withdrawal adds another 2–4 days in correspondent bank lag.
Cryptocurrency vs. MiFinity: Which Suits Australian Players?
Crypto offers faster settlement and no intermediary fees—Bitcoin deposits confirm in 10–30 minutes, withdrawals clear in under an hour. You bypass KYC entirely at some crypto-exclusive casinos, though most still require ID upload before your first withdrawal to satisfy AML obligations.
Volatility is the killer. Deposit 0.02 BTC when Bitcoin trades at $50,000 ($1,000 deposit), win 0.03 BTC, request withdrawal. Three days later Bitcoin drops to $45,000 and your 0.03 BTC is now worth $1,350 instead of $1,500. You "won" $500 but lost $150 to price movement. Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) eliminate volatility but reintroduce fiat conversion at the exchange, plus withdrawal fees when you cash out to AUD.
MiFinity's fiat stability means your $1,000 deposit is still $1,000 (minus fees) when you withdraw. No price risk, but you pay 2% on the way out. Crypto is faster and cheaper if you can stomach volatility or hold withdrawals in BTC long-term; MiFinity is safer if you need predictable AUD value.
Which Australian Players Should Choose Cryptocurrency Over MiFinity?
Players who already hold Bitcoin or stablecoins, who prioritize withdrawal speed above all else, or who value pseudo-anonymity enough to accept the KYC trade-off at the exchange layer. If you're starting from zero—no crypto wallet, no exchange account—MiFinity is simpler and involves fewer steps between your bank and the casino.
MiFinity Customer Support and Dispute Resolution
MiFinity operates email support (support@mifinity.com) and a ticket system within the app. Response times average 12–24 hours for routine queries (transaction status, account verification) and 48–72 hours for disputes (unrecognized charges, frozen accounts). Phone support isn't available, which frustrates players accustomed to instant resolution but reflects the cost structure of a lean fintech operation.
Dispute escalation: if MiFinity support doesn't resolve an issue within five business days, you can escalate to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service, since MiFinity operates under FCA authorization. The Ombudsman handles complaints about UK-regulated financial services and can compel MiFinity to act if your claim is valid. This protection doesn't extend to casino disputes—only to MiFinity's own conduct as a payment processor.
Casino-side disputes go through the operator's licensing authority (MGA, Curacao eGaming) as described earlier. MiFinity won't intervene in casino payout disputes unless the casino misused the payment rail itself (e.g., charged your MiFinity account without authorization).
